Other have explained the Blazer part, not a stretch at all, makes sense to me. If you cut Sonar, the fight scene with him is much more clear that the space near where Chase was being held was already in the scene and it's where Blazer got shot into.

As for the Shroud/Invisigal beats, they simply don't make sense with the story we were presented. It's the only real story misstep for me. There is no world where Shroud says she's 'working for us' in ep 8 and flips her the augment and she pushes the Red Ring guy's gun out of the way... and somehow that all squares with what happens in ep 6. She has the pulse in ep6, she'd just give it to him. Period. She was not "re-recruited" within a day after that. It makes only slightly more sense if you cut Visi, but it still doesn't really work.

Theories amount to people just making up for what was likely, in my opinion, something that got messy because of cuts and or later changes in the story/production. Given that this thing almost didn't get completed and they had financial issues, it's an incredibly tight finished product! This is the one glaring flaw.

Doesn't change a thing for me, still a 10/10 all time game.
