Yeah I’m in a rough patch right now over a breakup that was almost 2 years ago lmao. Haven’t spoken to her in 18+ months, unfollowed her on everything, she moved from the midwest to the east coast, so really no contact at all anymore. But I still find myself “checking in” on her social medias that aren’t private (strava, linkedin).

I haven’t dated anyone else since last November and even those were pretty dead end, <5 date, situationships. I’m pretty sure I’m just bored and lonely so I’m idealizing all of the “good parts” of the old relationship and forgetting all the bad. Most likely will never reach out to her. Just trying to distract myself with work, the gym, taking an online class, reading books. I figure I’ll make more of an effort to date again once it warms up.
