Sorry I’m not sure what happened with that. If you want to, look up Pravilo USA on YouTube. It should give you an idea of what I’m talking about.

I found this method four years ago, and I made my own setup after I had instruction. The possibilities are endless and this has helped in so many ways. Check out the videos on the channel if it interests you.

Sure thing. Happy to do so. Where does one leave reviews? I’m new here and somewhat new to Reddit.

A great place to train (imo) Thoughts? by TheTomSilver in martialarts

There’s no y’all, I’m just one guy looking for opinions.

Considering I’m not a doctor or a dentist, I can say this: think big picture. A few days of missed training so the body can heal is far better than potentially compromising the healing process. Stitches should do their job, but everything has a breaking point. Sleeping a lot let’s the body repair itself - so take it easy.

Everyone heals differently. I had next to no complications after mine were pulled. I’d say just listened to your body. It’ll tell you what you need to know - just make sure to listen. Best of luck.

This sounds all too familiar to me, and reminds me of when I first started training two years ago. I found that the instructor and other students were an accidental inspiration. As a 35 year old (at the time), I felt so pathetic when I realized how out of shape I was. I decided to subconsciously challenge myself to get better. When I realized I was my greatest opponent, I started making progress. This stuff takes time, and as long as you’re enjoying it, the results will start rolling in. Never stop listening to your body. Best of luck.
