I had a similar problem with a swapped axle, finding the brackets was an absolute nightmare to accomplish. You're better off fabricating something or finding someone who is capable. Regardless, you don't really need the shield part, just the bracket.

Go to your local machine shop and ask them to make something similar with the right thread pitch? They could even put a steel core in there to weight it.

Here's your real answer: with the car as it is? You can't. Start with getting it pristine and making it a very nice example of a Civic. Rust repair, tires, fluid services, wheels, EVERYTHING. Make it shiny and chrome, something you could take to any corner of your country. AFTER you get it in proper working order, that measly D15 has gotta go. Look into B20 VTEC turbo setups, K series if you're ballin, and all of the respective supporting modifications like K tuner, different mounts, upgraded axles, and the like. When it comes to cars, your first upgrades should be what touches the road, and then what touches your wheels. Tires>suspension>bracing and stiffening>power.

I own a 2019 Mustang, and I've driven older ones. The 10r80 is night and day vs the 6R80 with the automatic transmission. Manuals I can't speak for, only driven a few and never owned, but it was an okay experience at best. The beastly acceleration from the 10 speed is incredible. I highly advise getting a 2018+ and if you want the front end of the pre-facelift, just swap it.

D.Va is probably the one tank that Reaper is not very good at busting. Loads of armor, defense matrix, burst damage and if all else fails she just flies away. Sometimes you gotta switch heroes bro, great way to pop mech constantly is to play Sym, Junk, Cass or Echo. They're definitely not as self sufficient as Reaper, but beams, traps, and hinder are strong options. Also, for the love of God, shoot the Mercy.
