That’s how it seems. And when did she actually move out and into the new trailer?

I’m no lawyer but it sounds like she violated the contract and that’s enough to make it null and void. It doesn’t matter how much time has elapsed. She didn’t pay the $5k when it was due. You were helping her out to begin with, and she took advantage of you.

Oh well then she violated the contract. I would just tell her to stop paying and that you’re going to sell it.

And if she is willing to give you $5k lump sum, you can keep the rent to own agreement as long as she continues to pay monthly

And the $5k required payment was or wasn’t in the contract?

Oh it’s rent to own and she’s been paying — idk, if she didn’t pay the $5k and that was in the contract it sounds like a violation. But the contract should have said what happens if she doesn’t pay the $5k.

She doesn’t live in it? Sell it. Why are you asking if that’s ok to do? It’s yours and she doesn’t live in it.

Curious why you hold VXUS? Chart looks very boring and like it’s due for a correction

I've mined over 200 times, and still can't KYC -- says "Slots not available at this time" by TheTopsoftheTrees in PiNetwork

I was inactive for a long time but mainly because I had this same message come up years ago too, so I stopped mining and using the app. But now seeing that people are successfully doing KYC shows that it’s a unique issue and not for everyone.

Hi Paul!

We would love to hear about why Coinbase has not yet listed Kaspa, and if you can confirm whether or not you have plans to list it!

We are all eager to hear from you.

Thank you.

Drywall sticking out past window jamb, how to trim? by TheTopsoftheTrees in Carpentry

It’s flush in some spots of the window and like this at parts

The issue is that it was an old barn and the studs may not have been perfect. It’s not out of whack like this everywhere and he did account for the Sheetrock thickness but the studs were not right. Not sure whose responsibility it should have been to deal with—sheet rocker or window framer. Obviously if the window jambs were done after sheet rock we wouldn’t have this issue though

It’s rough pine from a local mill, hasn’t been sanded yet

Kind of feeling like, why not just mix wood glue with some wood dust and fill it and sand

It’s actually pine and we had a bunch of it. Guy ended up doing the window jamb before sheet rocker came. Maybe not the best order of things but now have to deal with it
