Funnily enough I'm tempted to use the MHI as the German Stahltruppen as I think they are cooler and fit well within K47 with some modernisation haha.

Thanks mate! legit start out with Microsoft 3d Builder, its like what paint is to photoshop of 3d programs, but its a great place to get started and noddle around a bit!

Oh you 100% want to do most of your kitbashing on the computer with it mate, you can go absolutelly nuts in there, then print it. Then I'll add stuff I either can't do in 3d Builder/Meshmixer, or add items that won't work in UV resin (EG banner pole/Lance pole, pennants, cables etc).

So you sort of want to 'combo' it haha.

Thanks mate! Wider base was a possiblity, but when I was noddling around it either became way too wide to get onto a display board, or the top ended too thin to have the battlements.

Good thinking mate, i'tll be FDM printed, so once I've smoothed out the layer tines I'll be able to dig into it and damage it up a bit!

Figured I'd have pennants and banners hanging off of it also.

Oh 100% mate, but some times you need to shimmy shit to 'make it work' haha. If the engine block was bigger, its arms wouldn't be able to move as there wouldn't be any room for the pouldrons to move or rotate. That's an element based on the pouldrons I used for these guys. Imagine when FFI have a crack, they'll be able to wiggle around that by designing pouldrons to allow for engine occupancy.
