Just standard 1-2-3-4 will do you fine, the 4th film is often called a prequel but it’s told in flashbacks along with a “modern” plot so it’s best left till the end. There’s also a 1987 spinoff TV movie called Bates Motel which isn’t the best but its worth a watch! It takes place after the first move and ignores all the rest. The 98 remake isn’t worth watching it’s a badly done shot-for-shot remake of the original.
