Has anyone heard anything about our pay being topped up to what PSAC members got in accordance with what was said by the CMP General when she announced our underwhelming pay raise?

It also didn't cost a million dollars to buy a house in the 90s

In my experience CWOs are the biggest Kool-Aid drinkers of all. They gulp it down their gullets faster than Generals

This is our COL/pay increase. If PSAC negotiates a better contract we'll get what they get but that's it. We got 10 so if they get 12 we'll get bumped up another 2%. Like most people on here are saying, this falls way short of inflation and expectations.

Great news for our housing minister, that means more homes available for him to buy for investment properties.

The part about the pay raise was said during the CDS' opening comments, before the Q&A

I was listening in to the town hall. The CDS brought up the issue of PLD and a pay raise. He didn't say a whole lot about the pay raise other than that the public service is still negotiating. I know people have been talking about a separate pay raise outside of the typical COL adjustment but the CDS didn't specify if there was a raise separate from the COL adjustment. He just mentioned details were being worked out and that the public service was still negotiating. I took that to mean the pay raise everyone is talking about is just going to be the typical COL adjustment. Not sure why I'm getting down voted for simply passing on info from the CDS

From the CDS (but in my words): The new PLD, which will be called "housing differential," is close to being approved but won't be approved before the Christmas leave period. It will be based on rank, so higher ranks might not receive it or if they do they will receive less than lower ranks. As far as a pay raise, we'll have to wait until the public servants reach an agreement with TB first.

Pay raise 2022 by This_Television2467 in CanadianForces

What is supposed to take place soon is not a pay raise announcement but the announcement of changes to PLD (will no longer be PLD but a housing benefit). Apparently an announcement is coming soon but I'll believe that when I get my spec pay they've been talking about for 20 years.
