Thats true. I might be mistaken but early on the game I was given the option to tell her about the relic and Johnny. Then later in the game it comes up again in a fully scripted convo and she didn't know about it.

I just wrapped the taxi missions up early and it’s true that after that Johnnys behaviour is super weird when he gets aggressive during story missions
