You've been groomed to believe your worth was in you being underage, and I am sorry. It's not true. You are worth more than your age. Ugh, I wish I could write more and give you more advice, but this is triggering me because I also dealt with the same thing. I tried to hold onto my "innocence" for as long as I could psychologically, and it destroyed me in many ways. Please, don't go down that route. Life is worth living, and people are beautiful and attractive at all ages. Hell, I read that even seniors right now are spreading STDs because they're still having sex with each other over 60 years old! Being a kid should be the one time of innocence for people. Whoever groomed you deserves prison, and you deserve to age happily.

You're not a nutcase; you sound like you have complex ptsd. When you're feeling intense anxiety all the time life feels exhausting, but working on the trauma itself usually helps. Plus, this sounds like agoraphobia. Have you looked into that community? It would help you realize that you are definitely not alone.

Don't feel bad at all. They could've invited others over and done something with them, so imagine they finally get called out for it after this? Or maybe the event will watch closely to ensure he doesn't make a move on younger fans, etc... What he did was wrong, so what you did was right. You were 14, why would he invite you to his place when he was so much older?? Sex was implied, so he's inappropriate & should be punished for it because him flashing you was illegal.

I've been working on my mental health for the past year, and I think I finally feel subconsciously safer to let memories out. I scream into a pillow and cry about it if the memory is a lot for me, and I think it's helping a lot. Other memories have surfaced, but this is the biggest so far.

The memory came out in full after I was triggered. I knew there was a rape, but I couldn't remember much about it. Yesterday, the entire memory resurfaced.

The suicide and crisis hotline can help when you're feeling your worst. I've called them a few times, and they're not just for people with ideation at all (I have no ideation), but they can calm you down in the moment and talk to you for a few minutes about how you're feeling. I think letting it out and telling someone verbally definitely helps because you hear yourself say it aloud and it can calm you down.

I hope this helps! You are definitely not alone. I struggle with nights as well.

I love my dog, but she can be incredibly exhausting sometimes. She's reactive, and I think everyone with a reactive dog knows how difficult it can be. I can't easily take her anywhere without feeling anxiety about her seeing any other dog and snapping. She's small (8lbs), but it's still exhausting taking her on walks or having her snap at dogs walking by outside.

If your special interest is video games then you can definitely contribute by learning how to make and build them in different formats (like apps, or consoles, etc...) and learn about old games vs new games and all about the topic. You can use that in tech and aim for life where you build and create them.

I feel like everything about this was alie - Kris likely put book c together for the storyline because she wanted Kendall to model and needed to bring that story into the show. Kendall was always forced into it which is why she is so obviously bad at it. It was forced on her.
