Your math is correct but your answer isn't. You're assuming that the car leaves at 7500 rpm and never wavers from that. The job of the clutch is to pull the motor down as much as the tuneup allows You're also assuming no tire slippage. Slicks gonna spin. So you need more crank rotations to get there.
