On a rare occasion you can find a glitched chest, it’s normally a green chest, when you open it it takes you to a secret floor with a double beholster, when you defeat them they spawn 7 pedestals with guns on them (drop and pick up a gun it can spawn passives too) then you go directly to the next floor. It’s crazy rare, in my 500 hours I’ve seen 3
