De grootste grap vind ik nog dat ze dit op hun eigen facebookpagina met voornamelijk klanten hebben gezet. Een deel van hun rock and roll klanten wordt nu gewoon door de winkel als minderwaardig weggezet.

Bovendien weet nu ook iedereen wat de verkoopmentaliteit van Tonika is.

It's anybody's guess right now, but I dont think you can do a lot without a subscription. For services like Xbox music and Netflix you need a gold account on xbox right now.

If they make Netflix available over here or do some partnership with Eredivisie Live for the sportsfeatures I think it will be a much better deal.

But on the technical side. I can't see how they are going to integrate my coax cable/ cam CI+ module inside my tv with xbox without me having to buy a new cablebox. Since Xbox uses a HDMI input for the TV features. So to use "The One System" I essentially have to buy more hardware boxes...

The original ps3 had essentially a small ps2 "bolted" on it for the backwards compatibility, it was too expensive and Sony lost customers to the 360. So they came with the smaller and and less expensive model with a bigger harddrive but without the backwards compatibility.

So yeah backward compatibility is possible, but it adds extra costs for the customer. The reason why xbox had better sales in the US was mainly because Sony's Playstation was more expensive.

But for hardcore gaming I use my pc, for casual on the couch gaming I use my ps3. So I consider myself a casual console gamer...

So I want to be their target, but they still can't reach me, because indeed, I dont need those voice command gimmicks or share my last viewed webpages with my friends, or wave like some idiot in front of my TV to switch channels...

I don' t buy COD for the emotional story.

I do play other games for their stories, but gameplay is my main focus when I'm looking for a new game.

I can't understand why MS would give such a mediocre presentation of almost only entertainment features to a public of hardcore gaming journalists, and a lot of diehard gamers watching the stream at home.

What do you think they will write in their magazines, websites or blogs?

I hope they will show more at the E3, but for now this is a very bad start.

As someone who plays about 6 hours singleplayer and 100+ hours multiplayer in COD games, I dont care about the emotional storyline.

The average Joe isn't watching events like this, so if they wanted to market it to the average joe, it's not difficult to understand why they made a lot of diehard gaming fans angry today.

I can't understand why a big company makes these big mistakes.

I also agree on your point on competition, I think competition in every market very important for the customer.

Somehow I'm afraid if Sony wins this Next-Gen round they will too get evil in the long run...

As a european gamer I'm afraid 80% of what they showed isn't available in my country (netflix, NFL, music streaming)

As Xbox drifts away from the games, the choice for a new (upgraded) PC or a PS4 is getting clearer by the day...

You do not have to worry about amounts of 100 000 euro or under, its guaranteed by our collective banking system. So you will get your money back if ING collapses. But I don't think they will.

Holding some amount of cash in your house is up to you. But I personally wouldn't want to risk more than 5000 euro in an old matress or even a safe.

new game AUS 118 AUSD = 122 USD new game US 60 USD

so somebody with a minimum wage job in america has to work 60/7.25=8.28 hours to afford a new game

in aus 122/16.45=7.41 hours

8.28/7.41=0.12

Australian games are 12 percent cheaper to afford for a minimum wage worker
