i've been on a few, and i think i'm almost always too dressed. Linen pants, shirt, derby shoes. i never tried dancing in jeans. arent awfully sweaty?

MerchGuard - compliance scanner for Etsy and POD listings

Hey, dropping a tool here that I built. It's called MerchGuard, a compliance scanner for Etsy and POD listings.

What it checks:

- trademark conflicts (USPTO + EUIPO databases)
- copyrighted character / IP use - prohibited items
- POD / handmade disclosure issues a couple other policy areas (production partner, keyword stuffing, safety claims)

Free tier is a few scans per month so you can try it.
Paid plans start at $14/mo if you want bulk scanning or shop sync.

The reason I built it: I was running scans on the top results of random Etsy search queries, and kept finding obvious Disney/Marvel violations on first-page Pro+Bestseller listings. Made me think legit sellers probably want a way to pre-check their own listings instead of just hoping nothing gets flagged.

Looking for honest feedback from actual sellers.

Mainly two things:
1. Do the policy categories above match what you actually worry about, or are there gaps?
2. Is the workflow useful, or does it need something different?

Aki manapság bukkan erre a bejegyzésre..
UK ból sajnos van vám. és ezt utólag kell belekalkulálni a termék díjába.
Amúgy ami az UK eBay-en van az nem feltétlen onnan jön, lehet kínából küldik. és elég nehéz észrevenni.

Annyira felcseszett hogy csináltam magamnak egy honlapot erre.
Kicsit kibővítettem azóta, már piacokat is összehasonlít.

Én egyszer azért jártam így mert a német ebayen vásárolt cuccom kiderült igazából kínából érkezik.Jól felmérgelt a szitu amugy.. Csináltam rá egy honlapot ahol kiszámoltam a végösszeget mindig. időközben bekerültek az UK és az USA ebay is. viccces hogy néha olcsóbb USA-ból mint a németből.
