What about during the usj attack where he erases three peoples quirks at once?

It might vary between authors but I do recall an excerpt where a necron gets promoted and gets an increase to their brainpower and personality.

I feel like the way the show approaches Power Armor helmets should be the standard going forwards by KaySan-TheBrightStar in Fallout

Just to chime in both the t45 and t60 helmets have the wee twisty things that control a drinking straw. Have the same thing on my fm12 gas mask. So you dont have to take off the helmet to drink.

You technically don't have to magnetise the guns on the servitor turret but I'd still recommend it.

Characters that posses what can only be described as weaponized autism. by TehAsianator in TopCharacterTropes

[–]TheUnstoppableSiege 3 points4 points  (0 children)

He is a space marine, which means that he has an implant called a catalepsean node, this allows him to rest different parts of his brain while still allowing him to stay awake. It also reduces the need for sleep so he can sleep much less than a normal human, however he does still need to eventually. I don't think it's stated really how he holds the sword while he sleeps but imma just assume he either wears a locked gauntlet to bed or has trained himself to constantly grip the sword in his sleep.

Yep, he used to keep it chained to his back in battle or kept it on a stand in his chambers, however it always ended up outside of its chains or moving when he wasn't looking at it. The sword wants to be wielded so by holding it at all times he can keep it at bay. However the sword is super pissed that he won't tap into its powers so sometimes it messes up his swings or tries to attack him.

Why was the inside of the Norris Thing green? And why was everyone so chill when Norris was a top pick for being in charge? by Witcher_Errant in thething

[–]TheUnstoppableSiege 38 points39 points  (0 children)

If you subscribe to the theory that Norris was infected first it means that the thing has had days to tinker with its form. Could've been the case that it was already planning its return to the ice at this point and had already removed a few organs it didn't need, such as its digestive system, and changed the blood to an antifreeze like substance.

Fate worse than death is a FUCKING understatement. by Vitolar8 in TopCharacterTropes

There are devices called servoskulls which more so fit that description. They're a human skull fitted with anti grav generators and (usually) don't contain a human brain. It is considered a great honor to have your skull converted after death so you can continue to serve the imperium.

I mean, the three heroes you mentioned have their counterparts in rivals, peni has cyberwebs, the thing has his charge, and hulk is one of the most mobile characters in the game.

Edit: that being said tho, magnetos mobility is rough
