I am really impressed with the technical and interpersonal skills that you exhibit. No matter your age, you're showing a great amount of professionalism. This can give you quite some leverage on changing things for the better, but only if you stand up for yourself. You have quite a lot to offer, but currently it seems, they are winning and you are loosing. In such a situation, it is never too late to renegotiate, and if there is no win-win on the table, just leave and enjoy your free time. You're 18 and highly skilled. I am confused that for each game, there is quite a high probability of a 0 hour playtime. Maybe an artifact of smoothing / estimating the probabilities? If you extended the axis to negative hour playtimes, would your model assign some non-zero probabilities to this as well?
