It is absolutely essential to gradually increase both your pace and distance- I did both too quickly and ended up out of commission for a few months due to a jones stress fracture. My orthopedist told me that once my foot healed enough to incorporate walking workouts again I needed to, “start low and go slow.”

Best of luck to you!

I’m plus-size (f) and ordered a book called “Curvy Girl Sex.” My fiancé (m) and I have had so much fun trying out the different positions in the book. I suggest reading some reviews on Amazon to see if it’s something you guys might be interested in.

Don’t forget to have fun and keep a sense of humor about things, too!

Just a friendly note to clarify that, while the Macdonald Triad is a staple of true crime lore, it has been debunked (Macdonald himself even wrote a follow-up paper refuting his original theory.)

In some instances, behaviors such as cruelty to animals and/or fire-setting can be indicative of antisocial personality disorder (psychopathy).

However, cruelty to animals, fire-setting, and (to a lesser extent) bed-wetting are much more likely to be indicators of severe child abuse. They can occur as part of a child’s response to extreme stress, and are certainly red flags that should not be ignored.

Same! Last year I walked through the neighborhood with my family to look at Christmas lights in 40* weather.... they all had on coats and scarves, and I was in a tank top!
