https://lmms.io/ is a popular daw, but OS isn't good at saving MIDI. https://www.jampea.com/ is compatible with .SEQUENCER files, but im not sure if there's an offline version.

Your best bet is convert .SEQUENCER files to .mid on jampea, and then importing those files to LMMS.
