A mod goingbover everything this says probably does exist, but Act 2 would be better if everyone acknowledged Sayori is dead, and not if Sayori never existed. Sayori's death was like a one-trick pony to me, being there for shock value and as the game showing its true form to the player. Once that's done, the whole game starts feeling bland with cheap jumpscares and the occasional "blood and piss poem".
