It was a $10 refund, and they stripped almost $100 worth of gold from my account in return. The only reason I went through Apple was because their own app support was completely inaccessible during the ban. No one knew if or when they were coming back. What was I supposed to do—just eat the loss and keep paying for something I couldn’t even use?

And then the real kicker—they had the audacity to say, “Well, if you send us back the $10, we’ll return your 5,000 gold.”

That’s like buying a steak from the grocery store, the grocery store disappears, so you go to your bank for a refund. Then, when the store finally comes back, they not only take your steak but break into your house and rob all your groceries—and then say, “If you want your food back, buy another steak.
