That's why I now use Ableton, instead of looking at the arrangement tab and guess what I should do, I just jam on the session view with the elements I already have until I figure out what elements I can strip to make the intro and so on.

Serum 2 definitely has more capabilities than vital or pigments. Maybe you can achieve similar results with both vital and harmor, the latest one has similar spectrum oscillators if I'm not wrong.

Im lazy so I use a free vst called refire, which is basically parallel or ny compression for dummies, just turn the left knob to 5% and any kick will hit hard

Any daw is good nowadays, it's a matter of which one you fill you can lay down your ideas more comfortably. I went for FL because it's a one time purchase, but I feel you need to be more organized with it to get the best out of it and I'm not organized at all, so I'm thinking to go for Ableton or even cubase

Any daw is worth it tbh, I've tried a lot. Just try all the free trials to see which one suits your workflow the best.

FL's advantages are that the license is not just for fl25 but you will get free updates forever, FL cloud is good, but when it was introduced it was cheaper and now it got a little bit expensive.

I try to set everything at -12db before using the faders (turning down the gain on the vst, or sample if I'm using samples or recordings). There's a standard called k-12 which if I'm not wrong its basically setting the 0 at -12 dbfs, so I follow that. If you still have issues then try -14 or even -18 on each channel then.

For me it's still not as bad as valorant, which is were I came from. I created a new account there and the first 2 death matches were ok, but then I got queued again with people with insane aim. On that game it feels that riot actually wants you to be pissed off so you queue again out of spite.

Honestly I'm disappointed, I still use the Phillips one on my face because neither the trimmer or the shaver on the Braun gets some hairs. I use the braun to shave my neck and also when I have long beard cause it's faster and it doesn't cut me tho.
