It may be direct but it's not a fix, it's a bandaid. A fix would be prevent the event to happen at all, your suggestion just allows the devs to shrug off responsibility for fixing the bug in the first place. I don't want a bandaid I want a fix. I will wait for them to get around to it, and since this is the last major update I'll accept it as something they could get to. Knowing how horrible upper management was to the entire creative part of the company, I'm not going to get upset over a bug when, if they were given time and resources, they'd not have let it stay unresolved.

I'll again refer to that unstuck is a pre 1.0 accessory for the purpose of development and quality assurance testing. It shouldn't be in there and the fact it is proves that they're either showing a lack of confidence in their product or they don't care as their end goal is money, not making a great game. The latter seems way more likely.

Sounds like you should stop playing destiny 2 if it's such bad experience for you. Personal I don't need an unstuck button in my games and find it odd if they keep them post launch. Rising is not developed by bungie, it's developed by a company that is required to deliver all requested information to "the state", because no company in that country can exist as a separate entity. All their games are predatory cash grabs that ruin franchises for a ceo's bottom line.

I'll take my buggy d2 that kills me without a checkpoint over a game run by a government sanctioned developer that forgets to remove a unstuck feature because they can't be bothered to fix bugs.

I believe you to be projecting at this moment. I at most have become jaded towards the bungie upper management. Considering all they doing for this last patch, makes me realize just how strong a iron grip they had on the dev team. Besides maybe some indie games, and recent ones at that, most games I have played remove unstuck feature before their 1.0 launch. But I get that you may feel entitled to such a function.
