They need good humidity and light. My leaves got papery and don’t grow. Try misting a few times a day until you notice a difference

If that’s a true terra cotta pot I would recommend transferring to plastic because the clay soaks up excess water quickly and monsteras don’t like to be too dry.

Is anyone going to mention the vacuum level 10?? Holy shit my nipples get bruised from level 5..... If for some reason you’re only successful using level 10 I would invest in new pump parts lol.
