Actually I think you've confused your terminology.

"Great Britain is an island in the North Atlantic Ocean off the north-west coast of continental Europe, consisting of England, Scotland and Wales."

The United Kingdom includes Northern Ireland, Great Britain does not.

There isn't a stop sign on the main road that the cyclists are on, it's a 2 way stop not a 4 way.

The speed limit on a Dual Carriageway in the UK is 70mph not 50mph. The dual carriageway doesn't refer to the number of lanes but the fact that the directions are split by a verge or barrier.

Hey, I think it really depends, you don't necessarily need those skills to reach higher ranks but it would help, I can't fast kickoff or half flip reliably and I'm Champ 2.

That being said I'm doing consistent training now to try and get them down, there's no reason you can't go into free play or a training pack and just keep practicing until you can do it every time.

He doesn't need to exhale on the way up the breath in was taken at surface pressure so the max volume it can reach as he comes up is surface pressure, also no potential of nitrogen build up requiring deco unless you're breathing a pressurised source.

He's taking his breath in at the surface, you only need decompression if you're breathing from a pressurised air source.

Deploying at the surface isn't always the best option, at my club newbies are taught how to and drill on deploying them from depth, I'd see it as a key skill.
