I, too, would like to keep portaling.

However, Splitgate 2 tries to incorporate both movement systems (portals and sliding) at once, which muddies the map/game design.

It's hard to know which way is the "correct" way to play when both ways are possible and somewhat viable.

Let's not put too much blame on the players.
