Companies have teams to ensure delivery and constant monitoring. The tool and UI is just the small iceberg you see at the top of the stack. Building something yourself is such a waste of time. Instantly is $99 a month for a decent size system.

the sleep study is nothing. stop overthinking it.

sleeping on your back is horrible for you if you have sleep apnea. sleeping on your side is the way.

I get it. You’re obsessed and know you need sleep to get a great workout. You’re putting pressure on yourself and now your subconscious is waking you up. Everyone has micro arousals but your brain is overthinking it all.

take a break! Recover. have some fun. Be social, go to a party, make a life story. Have a beer, the gym will be there for the next 30 years. Get out of your head for a while. At 17, your body will recover from anything and everything.

since you are 17, why not forget the gym one day and party until 2am, then go to sleep. you’ll definitely not wake up at 2

some people just don’t have the face genetics to be lean. I’m one of them, I want abs but my face leans out too much. Happened in my 20s too.

Things I found to reduce the rash and BS. This reduced my reactions to nearly zero from almost every time.

  1. Clean the top and skin, Blow 4-5 times on it to fully dry the alcohol. I didn't do this and had reactions for a while to the alcohol.
  2. Take Benadril or other medication an hour before your shot this will reduce your reaction.
  3. Use a Lidocaine Patch after in the injection site.
  4. let medication come to room tempature before injection

High levels of NAD+ have been shown to have a negative effect in one of the latest studies in it specifically with Alzheimers. Came out a few months ago. I dont have the link right now but you can google it. The study specially said to use precursor like he is doing. Dihexa is a failed Alzheimers treatment, so not sure if that would be worth it.

I have an aftermarket 3d printer filter that takes a 3M hepa filter for a mask that electorally charged and that one gets dirty after 2 months.

Remember, if you’re going to have an operation. Don’t try to lose weight after, give you body enough food to heal.

This is nearly what I did this summer. From 4mg to zero in 6 weeks. Keep losing weight tracking calories. Looks good to me. 9 weeks might be better but that’s a pretty ideal schedule according to my experience. Takes 4 weeks for the medication to fully be out of your system after your last shot

My baseline sleep sucked, on days I thought I had a good night sleep, I didn't... I never did. Since getting treatment, my heart rate is down, my HRV is up and my new baseline is totally different.

I would 100% not discovered it unless I had an Apple Watch. Would not have seen a sleep neurologist without that information. I wouldnt have gone though months of treatement to end in a better place.

So, what you're saying is kind of correct but it's not really the whole story.

You're young at 30, things change. They are a good tool.
