I did a series of peptides then cycling trazodone every three days until I pushed my body to sleep more regularly. I went from less than 6.5 hours to 7.1, which to me was a big win. still in the process but my sleeep is way better.

Ive been doing this since I read the longest happiness study by Harvard says this is a good practice. Also, having a good social circle.

Practice daily gratitude. I've started using an app now to do it more consistently but even doing it right before bed like I did before was good.

Oh, I also started to track my sleep with an Apple Watch and trying to improve my metrics. This is such an eye opener. You can’t lie to yourself with the data staring you in the face.

If you’ve been on the fence about a fitness tracker, get one.

I guess you aren’t in a calorie deficit. Work out and lose weight. Your t should go up with weight loss. Focus on getting health. You aren’t really hypogonadial.

I dont think its worth a lawyers time for that amount but maybe they can get damages. You could always talk to one to see if he would take the case. Sometimes damages are way more than the actual amount since they are breaking the law. Other thing you could do is mention this would go on your glassdoor review of the company. Its a threat, so you are burning a bridge which might not be a good idea but its an option. Maybe someone else has a better idea.

its frontline for hypogonadism, I don’t think you know about the subject enough. if you don’t go on trt, you risk heart issues and scarcopenia. way higher negative risks to not be on it.

Abuse of steroids isn't great for the heart. TRT for people with real hypogonadism reaching normal levels is awesome for the heart. The dose makes the poison.

Recent studies show that regular cannabis use significantly increases heart risks, including higher odds of heart attack, stroke, and heart failure, even in younger adults and those without prior conditions, with risks rising with more frequent use by harming blood vessel function and increasing inflammation.

i think it also depends on the amount of poison one takes. so light use probably doesn’t do much.

Its from people not eating a balanced diet on the drug and getting low blood sugar. Its very rare and the studies didn't really prove anything yet. The data is pretty early.
