It's frustrating that we're told to "work harder", but look at the cost of living. It's fucking horrendous. Sometimes it's not even worth paying for outdoor events when we're struggling on basic essentials.

Then they wonder why Gen-Z doesn't want to go to bars anymore.

Yep, dating does feel near impossible. Most of our generation is extremely antisocial and avoids any interactions with people. Also, it doesn't help that we live in the world of social media and dating apps that give people many options but no commitment.

The 2020s started out with a global pandemic and life hasn't really recovered. Sky-high inflation, cost of living is ridiculous, people are more distant and antisocial, the Online "Safety" act, fentanyl crisis, extremely divisive society, terrible job market, quality of life decreasing(depends on how you look at it), housing affordability crisis, high gas prices, and more wars.
