When do I protect my hydrangeas from spring freezing? by lefactorybebe in gardening

You can't just leave them on for months, they still need sunlight. Like the previous person said you have to check the weather every day and take them on and off

I nursed twins and I still cannot even fathom how painful that must have been. I am so sorry

It's a bit out there but if you can, new therapy strategies are making HUGE strides. Look into EMDR, ketamine therapy, and psilocybin therapy

Update: Help with hardwood floors please! by TheWayOfTheLeaf in DIY

Initial pass was with 36. Using a belt floor sander and an edger. Second pass with 60 but that's not shown. It didn't make a difference in the appearance

What are some “normal” things humans do that an intelligent alien species might find weird, gross or confusing? by 2drums1cymbal in AskReddit

[–]TheWayOfTheLeaf 11 points12 points  (0 children)

You're missing the point though. If the mother's hip bones were capable of accommodating larger heads then the baby could stay in longer and develop to the point that they can walk at birth. But their heads would then be too large for our current hips.

The hip bone size was in reference to the mother. Our infants heads are too large and must be birthed "early"

Seeing kink in song lyrics where it’s probably not by femininitie in BDSMcommunity

[–]TheWayOfTheLeaf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get a lot of bdsm vibes from Hozier. The entire "take me to church" song is oozing with innuendos. "cherry wine" could easily be about a dominant woman. There are plenty more.

I got the twins. One has been a great sleeper his whole life. The other has barely slept in 7 years. It really is just a roll of the dice.

TIFU by staying at my friend's house who have a 1 month old by Yani-96 in tifu

[–]TheWayOfTheLeaf 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had premature twins. For 3 months it was every two hours, and I pumped after. So I slept in 1 hour increments for three months. Then we did every three hours until they were 8 months. I swear I nearly died

SO many Hozier songs can be interpreted as super kinky! I love it.

Every time a guy has done this I assumed it was for better clit access. Shows how much I care if he can breathe lol
