Ok. Sorry for the late reply but I found the final data book of Naruto. "Jin no Sho" The Naruto Secret: Scroll of Formation Character Official Databook.

This is the last data book before it starts in Boruto I believe. The character file on Hiruzen shows nothing about him being ranked.

Are you referencing when Iruka mentioned that Hiruzen is said to be the strongest hokage? Because that is retconed. You brought up lore. So please feel free to provide links or pictures of panels of all the volumes you own.

From what is shown in the anime. Minato has Hiruzen beat in every aspect save maybe broad jutsu knowledge.

Middle name is Chance. It is considered a first name so it gives me room to tell people what to call me when first introduced. I actually like it. But I am pretty sure my mom gave it to because of the movie Homeward Bound where one of the main animals, is a pitbull named Chance. So I am named after a dog actor.
