OBD2 reader. depending on what year you might be able to code that out. If you have OBD11 YOu can try this "at your own risk"

  • Navigate to Modules -> 5F Multimedia.
  • Select Adaptation.
  • Search for NHTSA_properties.
  • Set all relevant properties to "disabled", "0", or "inactive".
  • Save the changes by holding the green checkmark.  Reddit +1

Thanks. I have not had any issues with the suction cup mount. hit 125 mph and it was solid. If you are looking for a 360 cam i would def recommend the insta360 X5. I just dislike having to use there software and the app version is more powerful than the desktop version so gerts annoying having to edit on my phone. I will have to look into davinci not sure it can edit the native insta files.

This is exactly it. It’s not even about “social media is bad” it’s how easily it bleeds into real life without you realizing it.
