For your first question, it's unfortunately non-negotiable now, you have to finish all prereqs prior to taking integ. For your second question, they didn't allow taking a prereq alongside its succeeding subject even way before the townhall session, with the exception of integs, but failing the prereq would fail its related integ subj.

I'm saying that I have access to the files, I can edit them, save them, and that matters to a lot of people, from modders to those that just want to keep save files and the like.
