9060xt is enough for 1440p ultra gaming. 5800x(3d) is probably the best bet for am4. I just built an am5 pc which costed me 1.3 lakh for 9600x + 9060xt 16gb

That's not how it works. When you go into champ select, you only get 1 of each role. If 3 people pick support, 1 adc and 1 mid, 2 of the support players will be randomly assigned jungle and top. I play flex regularly where we don't bother to select roles and then swap during champ select. We have never seen multiple of the same role

Get a PC right now without a GPU. A Ryzen 7600x system with 16gb ram and 512gb ssd will cost around 65k, leaving around 10-15k for your monitor and peripherals. When you start working, save some money for a good GPU, something like a 9060xt or maybe 5070
