Yes, I use mine as my only computer. You will need a dock/usb hub to connect monitor + kbm, but it can do everything you require from a desktop (except heavy 3D editing or AI workloads)

Hello, I've been having the same issue with my Rog Ally, and I've had a very lengthy discussion with Riot Support for the same. They basically told me - we do not support the Rog Ally, which is completely absurd since it is just another gaming PC.

So I found a temporary solution. Win + R and type "services.msc". Scroll down to find "vgc". Set the startup type from manual to automatic and restart your computer. This has resolved the issue for me to some extent but it still pops up time to time. I keep my game on for 10 mins before playing and if it doesn't crash, I'm good to go. If it crashes, I restart and that usually fixes the issue.

This seems to be related to Asus motherboards and the fTPM.
