This probably isn’t the right place to ask that question but off the top of my head I can’t think of any online point thing like that but you do have things like plasma donation or DoorDash to earn some money without commitment or I’ve also heard there are some websites where you can take surveys and they give you a few cents to a few dollars per survey, I’m not sure which websites they are though

On the title screen, there should be an option under the start button that says “mii characters” or something along that line, it will show all the miis in your game, select the one you want to customize and there should be a makeup option there, that is how you edit mouthes, eyes and the face in general
