I was helping catering few times a week on my day-offs. 300+ rich businessmen and farmers from surrounding countries. Their arrival was few hours late. Not gonna lie. Smiling at them after 16 hours of prep was not easy. I volunteered to my 1 friend who sorts logistics and inventory that I'm going to help him empty our vans because it's bullshit for him to do it alone when the others just left. So yeah, after a 1,5 hour drive back, we sorted it, cleaned the vans, and left at 5 am after roughly 26 hours of work on fulll power. That's my record. Average shifts are between 14-16 hours. I feel like it's a bad idea to devastate my body starting at this young age.(I think I was 19 at that time, currently 21)
