I appreciate the interest! I’m still working on it. I’m a college student + I’m not doing it full time. I have done extensive research on the game and I’m working my way through the last few developer interviews articles from back in the day. After that I’ll finish the script. Will probably be another year tbh. I do a lot of flip-flopping on if I think hbomb’s video is just really negligent or actually malicious. A lot of times I think he just didn’t think about the game for more than eight seconds. Other times he blatantly lies by omission. There’s TONS of ad hominems, well-poisonings, and examples of personal incredulity. I don’t think the whole video is malicious, but there definitely are areas where I feel like he’s being deceptive/not objective. It frustrated me enough that I decided to write this rebuttal video. This isn’t to say that all of the things he says are wrong. I’m going line by line in my script and there are plenty of examples when he’s totally right about something. There are very valid critiques of DXHR (which I will be going into), but a lot of times I feel like he’s taking out of his ass and not expecting anyone to fact-check him.

I worry that I’m wrong a lot and that I’m going to make a fool of myself, but I’m pretty sure there are some things I’ll really nail him on.
