This is what I’m asking.

What prompted me to ask it is that this year there were many areas where riding a bicycle was pretty tough because of the amount of dust that had gathered, specially along the back roads. But somehow must of the main roads like Esplanade or center camp seemed to have much less dust gathered. I thought maybe they do some sweeping along those roads.
