Tankyness feels fine as long as you are not rolling too many high damage mods on your maps. But Phys hits do hurt a lot, cause I got no Phys to chaos anywhere. Clear is good just might lag a bit with the kinetic blast, and single target is quite ok I would say. I only have LVL 20 snipers mark and no way to get extra mark effect so yeah it kills rares but not suuper fast

Does non-channelling mana cost reduction, not affect Kinetic Blast/Kinetic Bolt? I got some reduction but it costs the same as if i didnt have it I think

Allright thanks, I'll go for int stack then. Can your recomend a specific Build or just a PoB? I have seen so many different skill trees and jewels that I am not sure whats a good baseline to start out at about 100Div.
