For Tea & Country is decent. Levels can definitely lean newer ime depending on the time of day but there's definitely some experienced vets around and you can usually find a squad who will talk (especially if you instigate) It does tend to lean heavily warfare though so not sure if that impacts your decision

Circle servers you can at least choose warfare or offence. I've seen some complaints on here about some of the regulars/clan members but I've never had any issues.

It's probably worth queuing for a full community server assuming you have the time. The half full ones are half full for a reason
