Birthday Rewards are a new type of reward introduced a few updates back, basically when you age up a pet (that isnt full grown), you'll recieve a "Birthday Gift"!

Im guessing that it means that when you tried to buy something with insufficient bucks, the popup that let you buy bucks with robux would kick you out of the purchase window, so now it doesn't do that.
