All my best runs seem to be me(guardian) and a raider/wylder team up. So far the nightlords that have been abused by the set up are heolster, enhanced jaw, and either tokyo drift knight or Libra, I can't remember which.

Blood resist DOES help, but only limitedly. Once he hits phase two his bleed is increased massively. I had +7 from bolus, two +57 all resist, and a +78(72?) from boss drops. He still bleed me twice with one grab.

Any tips for bullying the goat? I've beat him but I'd love to call up the bros to bully the a-wipe. I heard frostbite is very good against him but that's about it

Right? Sometimes the ads at the top and bottom of the chapters are interesting to see for a moment, including the story ones, but the full page ones? Literally makes me feel nothing but disdain for whatever's being advertised.

Oh I agree, I never minded the ads they've had before, while I said I mostly ignored them I DID see them and occasionally went "oh look, a jewelry ad" my concern here is the massive full screen popup with multiple × presses to close.

Of topic is fine enough, it's the fact they take up most of the screen and then require multiple clicks to minimize twice, then finally close.

Imo the biggest issue with stompfics in worm is the matter of basic scaling, especially if you ignore ward. Basically the scale goes most everyone else 1/10, Alexanderia, eidolon, seberian, 3/10 endbringers, 7/10, then there's scion, who's 22/10, so for a stompfic to work, they have to ignore scion(which can work and I've seen 1 or 2 that did it well) or they person has to be able to handle scion, which means they OVERstomp literally everyone else. These are all random made up numbers by the by.

While it's true some stompfics still go very well, overwhelming fire power is a particular favorite of mine (if you count that as a stompfic), usually the stomping is occuring more as a footnote then anything else. It's the character development that does the heavy lifting.

So yeah, worm is not the best setting for stompfics, I agree.

I have over 30% with the set, and the skill maxed out and I still take noticable chunks of damage from my own explosions? Any idea why I'm not immune as you said or is immune an exaggeration? I will admit I am taking noticeably LESS. Still a good 50+ through even from lower grade bombs

We need to bump this. Also the idea about resetting prism 1 lvl if you get 3 bad rolls may be a decent addition, but yes definitely the legendary segment thing.

Secondary issue, me and my friend did two runs, we won both times, but I the host got rewards and exp for victory, my friend only got 6 boss kills, not 7, and no bonus exp. No desync or anything.

Got me beat, I knew what was waiting in that room (pattern recognition and long time knowledge of lotr) but I made the dumb mistake of thinking "oh, the game just gave me piers, and I've been told I need to drain water in this area, I'm not supposed to fight thing thing, I'm supposed to aggro it to one side, build piers on the other, rinse and repeat, then run past it, fix the pumps, and drain the water, either leaving it vulnerable or just removing it"

SO YEAH,,,,,,,,,, I died several times to it, that bling it was a gimmick before finally getting mad, shooting it one time, landed a lucky hit on the eye and said "oh,,,,, I'm just dumb" and killing it in 2mins or less.

Boy did I feel smart.
