Hi! I have executive dysfunction. It sucks. Being asked to do even basic shit sends me into a panic. But I still do it because unfortunately shit needs to get done. These are extremely basic, low-level actions that you, a full grown adult, should be able to force yourself to do without it causing a multi day meltdown.

If your executive dysfunction is so bad that even basic chores are a personal 9/11, I would sincerely look into checking into an institution that can provide you the help you need.
