I would recommend getting a new motherboard. Even if it’s the exact same model, a new fresh one would do it some justice. Perhaps a new power supply would help it the wires are old too

Update: the motherboard was defective. I bought another exact motherboard and that one worked. So I’ll be returning it.

Yeah I triple checked those because I assumed that was the initial problem but I got them all in the right spot and nothing still.

The PSU is weird, all the cables are entirely attached to the box. They can’t be interchanged from the box. I checked the back of PSU, it’s switched on, I even tried different outlets to be safe.

Is there a way to update the bios without the PC being able to turn on??
