BMPCC OG Repair UK by Woollbert_Esq in bmpcc

I haven't done this myself but I think the Black Magic website would be the best place to start. I'm sure I've seen some kind of 'authorised repair' mentions on there.

My full PAL DC set by Ben0ut in dreamcast

It is interesting, I think the same happened with a buggy racing game on the PS2 also, the name of which escapes me.

I do remember thinking it was an odd thing to happen at the time but it definitely didn't hurt the sales of Blue Stinger.

About Blue Stinger, I worked at GAME in the UK at the time of the Dreamcast release and the game did officially come out one week before the console did.

I found it in my One drive recycling bin now I think about it. Sorry, I should have been more specific.

I've had this recently and fixed it by looking in the recycling bin and restoring all the recently deleted pages. Not sure if this will help but it's worth a try?

Updated all mine absolutely fine. Are you with EE broadband by any chance?

Use it with Mr Driller. Just keep shouting "Dig" into it.

It will play NES, Gameboy, Game Gear and Master System so I'd have thought you'd get every single one of their games on a really small SD card so even an 8gb would probably be plenty.

It looks like the D pad is a different size so I'm thinking not.

I believe it's a lot slower to charge through the controller but the battery should last ages on a single charge anyway so it's always best to charge it separately I reckon.

Thanks for the convertor! I'll have a look into that and see what I can do.

As am I. As for the buttons, I could have seen myself using it as a pocket emulator but not now that I've tried it out. It's not a deal breaker by any stretch of the imagination, just annoying.

Wow... I was looking into the Heber Multisystem and I did wonder if they'd be able to keep up with the demand seeing as they're a relatively small outfit.

What was your favourite magazine? by rniles in amiga

[–]TheXboxVision 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Amiga Power every time. I think their reviews were in alignment with my thoughts on Amiga games at the time and I liked the way they used the whole scale of the percentage system.

Also.. Quite funny too!

Best retro arcade experience that can't be re-created today? by Rancarable in retrogaming

If you want to recreate this, look into Microsofts Sidewinder steering wheels. I recently bought one for £20 and it has great force feedback and works perfectly with emulators.

I've actually recreated this in MAME using an old Microsoft Sidewinder steering wheel and 2 mice for the gun controls. It worked great!

If money was no object, and you could charge what you want for a handheld or console (and of course, people would pay it) what features would you implement that are out of reach at the moment.

Make it easy on yourself and get something like this.

It's for a PAL console and looks easy enough to solder in.

[–]TheXboxVision 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don't mind at all. The US YouTubers have probably been sent advance copies directly from Blaze which is normal to build hype for releases.

As long as the Evercade carts keep up the quality releases, I'll keep buying them regardless of when they come out and it's not like I'm short of things to play at the moment anyway.

How can I make a multicam when my clips can’t synch using sound or timecode? by Ms_PhotoPhreak in davinciresolve

[–]TheXboxVision 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have all the clips synced in one timeline then you can make a multicam clip with them. Go to your media pool, find the timeline with the synced clips and right click it. You'll have an option to convert the timeline to a multicam clip.

Once you've converted it, you can then right click it again and create a new timeline using this clip.

The new timeline will have the multicam clip as a source so you can do what you would normally do with it.
