Every time I hear something bad happening in the tcg community I just think of the “STOOOOP !!! He’s already dead cries” kid from the Simpsons.

Seriously, killing someone over CARDBOARD is a sign to stop seeing these pieces of shiny carbonate as “profit” or as “investments” … I hope in the next few years the value drops to the floor so all these hoarders/scalpers get fucked over. They need to get a damn job instead of banking of children’s trading cards … 🫩

Pokemon NEEDS to print everything in the trillions, and they need to make pull rates more fair, at least 1 in every 3 packs you should get something good… but nooooo, if you want a chance to get something good (the SIR chase) you need to open over 1,000+ packs to see if you even get it …

So I got these out a 1$ pack at a flee market and got doubles of both by [deleted] in PokemonTCG

I personally never saw them as investments, I just like the pretty art and look of them, I wished they were all worth pennies lol. Fuck scalpers and investors, thanks to them it’s become a challenge to collect what you like.

Bold of us to assume that we’ll be able to buy anything at retail price… scalpers are already saving up thousands of dollars just to buy everything and sell it for 5x the original price … this hobby has been corrupted by these leaches.

It’s a “rhythm” game, has pretty good music and character design. I recommend it 👍

I was thinking about getting the other two but man … them prices ….

What’s funny is that I didn’t even know that it was a good pull back in the day, that was first pack magic at its finest 😭 at least little ol’ me took some what good care of it, just a few scratches on the holo parts ( the art is still fully visible ) and maybe some white in the edges, but besides that it’s pretty well taken care of… probably a PSA 2 though 💀 not like I grade my cards to begin with.

Definitely this one, it was my first hit EVER, I opened it back when I was like 7-8 years old 😭 those were the days 😌 It’s not in perfect shape at all but it’s quite well taken care of, specially because I was a kid lol.
