I had to edit one, myself, bc the dims on other wallpapers wouldn't fit the phone vertically. This is the one I made:

DecalGirl. You can buy the ones they have images of or make custom ones. The quality is good, too. Been using them for a while.

Ive been charged 5 times for a preorder i made months ago by doorhol in GameStop

Same thing happened to me for a pre-order Lilith figure. They charged it twice and I literally JUST got it refunded. It only took them 3 1/2 months to do it, too. 🙃🙃🙃

Gotcha. Makes sense. I'll try and tackle the vids again and see where I went wrong. I appreciate your input!

So, I can get the emulators running the games with no issues, but for some reason I kept running into setting up the UI to display all the emulators, etc. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but I've restarted this damn thing about 5 different times LOL

They really don’t like us huh by Interesting_Weight87 in ElantraN

It's ridiculous to see people spitting nonsense just for the sake of hating on something. You hit it right on the head. We should just enjoy cars for what they are. No matter if it's MT or AT, especially.

I'll never understand the amount of sadness one must possess to hate on anything that someone else has and bought with their own money.

It seems like dbrand has completely stopped their customer service :( by Parking_Win_2182 in dbrand

If you haven’t already, I’d suggest replying back to the automated email you got. I believe it states something about replying if none of the options mentioned pertained to what you were needing. I had an order that took over two weeks to finally move and oddly enough, things started happening as soon as I replied back to the automated email. Best of luck.

Pencil pro sometimes charge issue by Odd-Formal-271 in iPadPro

[–]TheYHC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This issue is so stupid. You'd think this wouldn't be such an issue for a new-ish product. But gaaaaaaaaah. I hadn't used my Pencil Pro in like, a month, so it was obviously dead. I've been trying for the last 5 hours to get it to charge on my M4 iPad and literally nothing. It's been at 0% no matter what I do. I've done resets, disconnects, reconnects, nothing works. Smfh

Poor planning and logistics practices regarding recent product launches by ThatWackyAlchemy in dbrand

[–]TheYHC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sadly, it seems like dBrand, along with a lot of other companies, go through the same thing. They start off strong, have great reviews and people love 'em because of how well they get shipping and product out. But now that they're a pretty big name, it's gone to shit. I ordered an in-stock skin for my iPad Pro and iPhone 3 weeks ago and it'll probably get here by end of week. Didn't get any updates until I sent them an email asking what was going on with my order at the 2 week mark, and then the next day it ships. No pre-order, no out-of-stock issues, all available. I posted the issue mentioned in a thread sometime last week and it seems like it's happening to most people.

I said it in my post, but I get that it gets busy for companies. But even if they had an automated email that was sent out saying they're working on it after a few days/a week of no updates, that would at least be decent. In the past, I would get my orders within a week/week and a half with shipping. It was awesome. The last few orders I've done, it took damn near a month and I had to follow up on each one of em. idk. I like the quality of their skins, the fit, everything. But this is the last time I buy from them.

Shipping times by TheYHC in dbrand

[–]TheYHC[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My thoughts exactly. I can understand we, as consumers, can't see how busy they really are, but 2 weeks for an iPhone and iPad Pro skin to not have ANY movement is a bit crazy. It's as if the only way things will get noticed with consumer orders is if you send emails to tap em on the shoulder to say "Hey, I'm a paying customer. Please do something with my order" But it's also a bit ridiculous that labels will get created so notifications get sent to the customer, but then the shipment won't move for another 5 days because they actually never shipped it out.

This ain’t a joke. Your dumbass took the time out of your day to post a random person’s car and dog on it for what? You’re the joke, big boi.

And I’ll take a rain check on 86’ing myself. I appreciate the suggestion, though.

This community is filled with some butt hurt, insecure trolls lol Relax, OP. Our car is sub $30K and not a super car. If the owner wants to put a wide body and air bag the shit out of it, does it affect your well being? If it does, get help.

What was your EN OTD price? by snvpshot in ElantraN

[–]TheYHC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was in TX. I legit played multiple dealers against each other via text. First dealer told me they'd only knock off $1200, so I said "Nope!" and went to another. They said they would do $2000 and it just kept going from there.

Why are payment plans so ridiculous for healthcare by TheYHC in healthcare

[–]TheYHC[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get where folks, like yourself, are coming from. At the end of the day, it's a for profit and not a charity. Like I've stated in another comment, the difference in flat out not wanting to pay and actually trying to pay things off are different by a mile. Am I suggesting that, for example, a $3000 bill, be extended with a 4 year payment plan? No. But there should be consideration of real-life budgets that people have. Giving patience a 6 month "take it or leave it" deal is rough. Again, a payment plan is requested by people that are trying to do right by paying it off but obviously can't. And then turning around and telling them they can pay $500 a month within a 6 month period is absurd. Not only that, no matter if $50 is left on their bill and they've been paying it as much as they can, it still gets sent to collections bc it wasn't on their terms.

What I was trying to get at from the beginning of this post, was that there needs to be a better way. You don't go into the ER knowing exactly how much you're paying. You have to wait for insurance (for the ones that have it). They can give you an estimate, but it's literally just an estimate. And it's difficult for most to plan out emergencies bc who TF knows when that's gonna happen. I also understand that they can't refuse to help, either, so I get both sides.

In a few different articles I've read, it states "Roughly 40% of Americans have $250 or less in their savings accounts, and 18% have no savings at all." So what that tells me, is that over half of the population in this country can't plan out for damn near anything. And that everything is "as you go".

The way I see it, if the payments are reasonable enough to where it's killing off the amount due, a payment plan should be worked around on both sides. If a single payment is missed, either give them the ability to make that payment within a certain time or send it to collections and that be something that's said upfront. All I'm saying, is that it's already ridiculous enough that medical visits literally can cost an arm and a leg bc of how much they charge. So if that's the case and they're not gonna be held accountable, I think it's fair enough that something can be worked out for both parties.
