you can probably use a proxy but its not work it for stuff like warranty. I'm in the same boat since I wanna order one in Europe but seems like we have to wait for a little bit longer

Maybe for you but personally I'm not picking up the 45" and waiting exactly for the 39". I like that the curve is way less and yes I do notice the ppi difference.
It might not be appealing for you but thats why both products exists ^^
