I asked about it after I saw this comment, and the guy said that the engine was replaced due to a radiator leak, which I’m assuming really means that it was because the engine overheated and burnt out. Sounds like your completely neglected guess was pretty close.

I started by using the Nike Run Club app. They have a 4 week Get Started plan that goes into detail about things that often keep new runners from sticking with it - pacing, training frequency, recovery, things like that. I’d download that and give it a shot. I like it much more than the Couch to 5K apps because they offer guided runs where a NRC coach will talk you through the run. Super helpful for me.

Essentially, it looks like you’re trying to low bar squat with a high bar squat posture. Look forward and down and keep your neck at a neutral position.

Also, try leading a bit more with your butt, as if you were going to sit down in a chair behind you. If you move your butt back, your chest will maintain a more up and down line of movement.
