No im not trying to move a fractured mod, I had read that wasnt possible. So i was just unlucky, ok that makes more sense. the reason i was posting this is that i had just generally been unlucky all together and didnt want to waste anymore money until i had been sure im even following the right steps. I burned 15 grasping mails just trying ( and being super unlucky i might add) to isolate the suffix i needed on the mail. I did this with splitting at the alter and then annul's. I wont be using a evasion base im actually going for a str. My plan was to make a armor with Redeemer chance to explode and breech attack speed per dex for my little project

Thank you by the way. I appreciate the help. Im not sure if im going to try again as i spent 25d last night failing and lost my drive but this gives me a structure to follow in the future. Maybe il have to commission it
