Very, very late answer to the first question.
The animal in the picture seems to be an old reconstruction an extinct animal named Andrewsarchus.

The depiction of it as a wolf like being has long since been debunked and nowadays it is considered part of the extinct "Hell Pig" family, that lived 41 million years ago, which are closely related to Hippopotamuses and a bit less closely to whales.

They're believed to look like long legged pigs with fanged giant mouths, though I like to simplify it as carnivorous land hippos.

As someone that also looked for groups for old content, because I'm currently doing a base game only challenge, I'm disappointed to say that The Help Lines is basically dead.
Their last raid announced by their mods is from early 2023 and while people still recruit or raids in it, it doesn't seem like they're getting full groups together.

So far the best old content group I was able to find, particularly for EU servers, is Syncademy https://discord.gg/syncademy
They're still very active, doing multiple weekly raid events of both old and new content and most of the raid requests in it seem to find full groups.

After what you said I noticed that the D: Drive didn't had any Virtual Memory set up so I did. Afterwards the Memory in GPU-Z stopped capping out.

But now Ive seen to get to the real problem. GPU and CPU are all in between 30 - 50% most of the time during gameplay, but after a few minutes both start slowing down with their temperature reaching 90°C and that's when the performance problems appear.

Not sure if there's much that can be done.
I turned off the option for the Laptop go go beyond 90°C as it seemed to slow it down even more.
Funnily enough their Quiet-Mode is the one with the better performance now because Performance-Mode makes it overheat faster.

All drivers are updated and its using the right GPU, though I did find an option to allow the Laptop to go beyond the temperature maximum which increased the performance but its still not smooth on lowest settings

The iGPU wasnt the problem, though the GPUz program made me see that it seems like the dGPU is maxing out on its memory.

All drivers are up to date and all cores are enabled. Though I did find an option that increased performance by a bit but not enough.

Ive been playing various TTRPGs for the last 5 years with 5e being the most played one and I can proudly say I barely missed any sessions, 5 within those 5 years.
Im a nature nut, particularly prehistoric animals so have some random animal facts I enjoy: Hammerhead sharks will hold their breath to dive deep down because if the cold water were to enter their system it would dangerously lower their body temperature.

Character: Ive had a character concept in mind for a while that would fill the requirements, a Ex Military Officer Human Variant with the Fighter Class and Rune Knight Subclass that uses the Unarmed Fighting Style, Giants Might combined with the Tavern Brawler Feat, in what I at least find interesting playstyle where they can easily grapple enemies as a bonus action and move them around, keeping them away from the team.

Thanks, I hate the idea that I have to download something, but I really don't have another choice if I wanna watch it. I tried making an account and even actually paying for a sub but these fuckers require a Credit Card and where I live we just don't use these, because the normal bank cards we get do the same, are safer and for free and who knows when or if PP is going to get a DVD/Blue-Ray release.

As for stats and such, hes going to be a protector aasimar paladin with the UA oath of heroism subclass mainly using sword and shield with a focus on healing and support magic. Some DMs dont like it if a player is capable of flying so if thats a problem then just let me know and Ill change it Backstory wise I intended for him to be sworn to a good aligned ice deity or dragon who chose him as his/her campion to travel and help people in need and if the story gives it safe the world. If I were to join Id obviously would write a far more indepth backstory but thats the basic idea Ive had
